Panel Mount Housing

• Allows the SMARTSWITCH™ to be snapped into the panel cutout for quick, secure mounting.
• Gives flexibility in locating the devices anywhere on the panel.
• Aesthetically enhances the design of the finished panel, particularly in high-density switch mounting applications.

Coupler

• Connects the SMARTSWITCH™ into precise, tight groupings.
• Maintains even distance from PCB to top of actuator.

Socket

The socket allows designers to use rigorous automated soldering and washing, enabling designers to simplify board assembly. Once the socket has been processed, the SMARTSWITCH™ can be easily plugged into the board. Because the switch is not subjected to the rigors and heat of automated assembly, reliability and functionality are improved.

The new socket’s dimensions can easily facilitate the high-density, side-by-side panel or PCB mounting of the SmartSwitch™ LCD pushbuttons. The low-profile socket also allows for quick and easy field replacement of switches when required.
