Software

Any software that is made available to download from this Site ("Software") is the copyrighted work of NKK Switches Inc.. Use of the Software is governed by the terms of the Registration Agreement and the license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is included with the Software ("Software License Agreement"). You will be unable to download any Software that is accompanied by or includes a Software License Agreement unless you first agree to the Software License Agreement terms.

Authorized users of this Site may view, download, and use documents available from this Site in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Registration Agreement, provided that (a) the copyright notice legend stated below and other proprietary notices appear in all copies, and both the copyright notice legend and this permission notice appear, (b) use of documents available from this Site is solely for informational purposes to promote and support Company's distribution of genuine NKK Switches products with its computer hardware, and (c) no documents available from this Site are modified in any way. Use for any other purpose is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible.
